This website and its contents are owned by Shabby Chic Originals. Any use of the website or its contents including copying and storing images without prior permission for commercial purposes is prohibited. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.
Payment
Payments for orders through the website are made through Cardnet Lloyds TSB using all major credit and debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account immediately by Cardnet on placing the order. Payment by cheque to Shabby Chic Originals is also acceptable, goods won’t be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. Alternatively you can order over the phone on 01293 863 731 where we can take your order and payment details.
Delivery
Goods will be despatched within 2 working days of your order if the products are in stock (Not including Bank holidays and weekends). Should any of your requested products not be in stock, you will be advised of an approximate delivery date.
Please be clear with regard to your address, additional charges for redelivery will be incurred by yourself.
Once we despatch the goods we cannot be liable for any delay by post and to this extent we will not enter into any compensation agreement due to the late delivery of any item.
Cancellation
You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the goods under the distance selling regulations. However, returning the goods to us in the condition they were dispatched in (including orginal packaging), is your responsibility and we would either refund or exchange them.
Returns Policy
Items can only be exchanged or refunded, in their original condition, within 7 days from delivery. Please repack the items in the original packaging. Please note, post and packaging costs are non-refundable and at your expense.
In the unlikely event of the item being faulty, we will cover all costs for postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please allow 7 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Prices
All prices shown do not include delivery charges. Postage and packing will be added at checkout.

Customer information is kept strictly confidential on secure encrypted servers. Shabby Chic Originals does not retain credit card information and we do not and will not pass your details on to any third party.
